As we begin to turn the page into the year 2021 we look back and see the immense impact on our lives from everything that has unfolded in 2020, and continues to unfold. Depression and anxiety is something that we are all experiencing collectively. In my personal opinion I feel as though the age that we live in has created this immense amount of pressure on all of us. We spend so much time staring at social media, and tv’s, fabricating these thoughts and emotions inside of ourselves that we “aren’t good enough”, or “everyone is happy except me”. (Find Joy will give you a list of practices that you can utilize on a daily basis to improve your mental health.) You are good enough, don’t let the social media world convince you otherwise. We are all born with our own thoughts, talents, interests, understandings. How special it is to be yourself!

I am only in my early 30’s at this point, and I still remember a life with no cell phones, social media, wireless internet, or 1000 channel options.
