Winter Immunity Shot
Winter citrus is packed with essential vitamins and minerals that we need to keep our immune systems healthy. Immunity shots are a quick and easy way to get your vitamins, antioxidants, and antiviral kick to boost your system. This version is made with my favorite winter citrus, the blood orange! Check out this simple recipe below.
You Will Need:
- 1/2 Inch. Knob of Fresh Ginger
- 1 Blood Orange
- 1/4 Piece of Lemon with peel removed.
- Sprinkle of ground Turmeric
Place ingredients through a juicer. Once everything is juiced, sprinkle in Turmeric, stir and enjoy immediately ! ( Serves 1 )
