The Perfect Golden Milk
Turmeric, a vibrant and earthy spice not just for curry’s and naturally dying foods. It is one of the most powerful natural anti-inflammatory spice’s available. Some even consider it a super food, giving the power to heal wounds, relieve joint pain, detox the liver, kill cancer cells and list goes on.
Try this spicy and literally heart warming version of Golden Milk, you will not be disappointed!
You will Need :
- 1 cup of non-dairy milk (Almond, oat, coconut etc.)
- 1 tbsp. Powdered Turmeric
- 1-2 tbsp. Raw Honey
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Powdered Ginger
- a few shakes of Black Pepper
Keep in mind, without the addition of Black Pepper, your body will not absorb the healing benefits of the Turmeric as well.
This prep couldn’t be simpler. First,measure all ingredients into a small sauce pan and on a medium heat whisk ingredients until frothy and warm. Feel free to use a small milk foam whisk to really get that latte feel!
