Spicy Detox Juice
Juicing is the easiest way to consume your recommended daily serving of fruits & vegetables. This particular recipe not only provides those vital nutrients, it detox’s the body and offers a cleansing elixir for the gut.
You will Need :
- 1 Cucumber
- Approx. 1 cup of Fresh Basil
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- 1 Lime or Lemon
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Rinse all produce and cut into pieces.
- Run through your juicer, strain if needed.
- Stir in a dash of cayenne pepper, more or less depending on taste.
- Add ice if desired.
Its important to remember that juicing does not have to be incredibly calculated. If you want more or less of something based on personal preference, you are free to experiment. This is the beauty of being an individual, we all have our own tastes and needs, remember to listen to your body!
