A Healthier Orange Juice

Why drink plain old orange juice when you can add flavor and additional nutrients with carrots, ginger and turmeric! This juice is not only beautiful in color, its packed with vitamin C, A, B and each ingredient holds powerful anti-inflammatory properties.

You Will Need :

  • 5-6 Large Carrots
  • 3 Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 inch piece of fresh Ginger
  • Turmeric Powder

Preparation :

Wash your produce really well! Remove the skin from the oranges and ginger, chop carrots into pieces that will be able to fit into your juicer.

Once everything is juiced, pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of Turmeric!

Juicing does not have to mean tons of ingredients and time. You can discover delicious combinations without the long grocery list!
