5 Days of Juicing
It may seem daunting to try and eat up to 5 servings of both fruits and vegetables each day. Juicing is one of the easiest ways to consume these vitamins, especially when you’re on the go! If you have never juiced before, this 5 day plan of one juice a day is a great way to start!

*Always rinse produce under cold water before juicing. Depending on the type of juicer you are using, you may need to slice the produce into the right size to fit through the opening of your machine. Try purchasing organic produce that will have no chemicals on the surface. Keep in mind that you will be consuming the product in its raw state, and the better the quality the better for your body!
Day 1 : Celery Juice

Juice at least 16 oz of this herb first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. A basic bundle of celery will get you about 16 oz in juice. Celery is one of the most powerful super foods having the ability to lower blood pressure, clear acne and other skin issues such as eczema, it is an anti-inflammatory, it can even clear asthma, gout, and arthritis. Try it on ice, and get your day kick started!
Day 2 : Parsley-Apple-Ginger-Lemon
Parsley may seem like something you would only find as a garnish on your lunch plate at the diner. But this herb is packed with powerful antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Combined with lemon & Ginger, this juice burns calories & subsides bloating in the belly. Another great mixture to enjoy in the morning hours.
Ingredient Ratios:
- Handful of fresh Parsley (I use the flat leaf Italian).
- 1-2 Apples, any variety will do!
- 1 inch of peeled fresh Ginger
- 1/2 Lemon, peel- on
* Remember, you can always add or subtract ingredients to suit your taste, or incorporate a little honey at the end to add additional sweetness!
Day 3 : Cucumber & Blueberry
Blueberries preserve eyesight, slowdown memory loss, combat heart disease, promote health in the central nervous system and so much more! Paired with hydrating cucumber, lemon & apple, this juice is perfect for anyone.

Ingredient Ratios:
- 1 Apple
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Cup of Fresh Blueberries
Day 4 : Strawberry & Lime Fizz
Who needs soda when you can create the perfectly sweet Strawberry Lime Fizz?
Soda is full of refined sugars, high fructose corn syrups and artificial coloring. This Strawberry Lime Fizz is only 4 ingredients and offers so many benefits to boost our immune system. This is sure to be a hit with adults & kids alike, you gotta try this one out!
Ingredient Ratios:
- 2 Apples
- 1 lb. Fresh Strawberries
- 1/2 Lime
- Seltzer Water
After juicing your produce, leave room in your glass to top it off with seltzer. You can add as much or little as you please!

Day 5 : Beet Pick-me-up
Beets are packed with essential minerals and are a great source of vitamin C. According to Healthline Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps boost your immune system and protect cells from damaging free radicals. It also supports collagen production, wound healing, and iron absorption.

I have been growing beets in my garden for years, but this is the first time I have ever juiced them in their raw state. This combo boosted my energy levels and gave me the pick-me-up I was looking for to get through the day.
Ingredient Ratios:
- 1 Cucumber
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Beet
- 2 Stalks of Celery
- Handful of Parsley
- 1 Inch piece of Fresh Ginger
- 1/2 Lemon

Cheers Everyone!
